Case Management

Caseworkers provide a collaborative process with clients to meet day-to-day complex challenges their clients may be experiencing by supporting them with identified goals.  CCI uses a strength-based model of service delivery and works to serve those clients who may not be eligible for assistance elsewhere, to help link the client with systems that provide him/her with needed services, resources, and opportunities.  On an individual level, CCI works towards improving services, gaining eligibility for services, and/or changing the amount or quality of services to better meet the needs of an individual client. 

 

Currently, Case Management is available in our Boise, Coeur d'Alene, Jerome,  and Nampa Family Strengthening Centers.
