Catholic Campaign for Human Development supports low-income individuals as they work to break the cycle of poverty through community organizing and economic development. By helping the poor participate in the decisions and action that affect their lives, CCHD empowers them to move beyond poverty. CCHD offers grants to low-income communities that target efforts in community organizing and economic development.
