Information & Referral

Accessible and integrated information and referral provided to individuals seeking resources in the community.  CCI assists clients in connecting to and navigating through challenging systems in order to access available services.

Examples:

  • Assistance Navigating Emergency Food Pantries
  • Rental Assistance
  • Public Health Clinics
  • Childcare Resources
  • Support Groups
  • Legal Services
Currently, Information & Referral Services are available at our Boise, Coeur d'Alene, Jerome, and Nampa Family Strengthening Centers.
