Associate Director:

Overall leadership, management, & oversight for programs statewide; community outreach/advocacy; plan & execute grant writing/oversight/reporting/monitoring; ensure quality assurance; coordinate COA accreditation efforts/activities; develop/implement outcomes-based evaluation process. Requires MSW or related degree in Public Admin/Business w/ focus in human services, 5-yr direct exp. in social svcs, including 3-yr mgmt experience, and an understanding of Catholic Social Teaching. Will consider years of experience equivalent to Master’s Degree on case-by-case basis. Preferred: Bilingual/bicultural& experience in accreditation.
