The US Catholic Conference of Bishops' document, Communities of Salt and Light (a framework and guideline for every ministry and person in the parish living out the social mission of the Church)  gives meaning to the charity/direct service and social justice/changing systems and structures; these resources provide information towards helping people engage in the social mission.
