Unsung Hero:
JANIE MENDEZ (Family Strengthening Work, Nampa)
She has much energy, takes care of so many things and people, impressed seeing Janie taking on additional responsibilities. 
Through transition, Janie has been the constant in the office
 
Teamwork: 
BOISE Family Strengthening Center STAFF 
for their work with the refugee population and in handling the huge influx of refugee families,
needs for housing, jobs, etc. The entire staff showed teamwork in coming together to respond to these crises situations.
 
Exceptional Service:  
KATHLEEN HALL (Eastern Region Director)
Kathleen has sung CCI's praises with beauty and clarity all through the years.
She has been willing to expand, downsize, move, smile through employee turnover and
agency changes, has always been supportive of other regions.

for her professional and commited work with the refugee clients at the Boise FSC.
Teamwork: 
MONICA SALAZAR (Immigration Staff Attorney, Nampa)
for her willingness to do an informational presentation for Powerful Families group, very professional; clients were impressed and her presentation got them talking.
Exceptional Service:  
JULIE MARCUM-HART (Development Associate)
for her exceptional planning and organization of the Loaves & Fishes Gala, her fortitude and ability to face challenges, to put on the best fundraiser CCI could do.
