Following a serious car accident, A.T. found herself trapped by anxiety, flashbacks, memory problems, and overwhelming fear every time she approached an intersection. Unable to return to work, she worried life would never feel normal again. Through six months of counseling at CCI, she learned practical techniques to regulate anxiety, process her trauma, and recognize the early signs of emotional distress. Today, she is back at work, confidently driving again, and living free from the fear that once controlled her daily life.
