When the Caregiver Needs Care
Dawn did everything she could to hold her family together. She left Minnesota to care for her 97-year-old mother with dementia. Her daughter was caught in addiction. Her granddaughter was sinking into depression. Dawn felt herself breaking under the weight of everyone else’s needs.
Thanks to generous donors, Catholic Charities of Idaho connected Dawn with a counselor who helped her find strength, clarity, and peace—so she could keep caring for the people she loves.
