Keeping a Home — and a Sense of Hope

After an unexpected surgery and difficult recovery, Sarah returned home to find an eviction notice taped to her door. With two young daughters to care for and a new job just beginning, she feared losing everything. Catholic Charities of Idaho stepped in to help her catch up on rent, access public benefits, and restore stability.

Through compassionate support and practical assistance, Sarah was able to remain in her home and meet her family’s basic needs. Today, she is steadily employed, confident in her ability to provide for her daughters, and no longer at risk of eviction.
