ALLISON BRANDT
Clinical Counselor, LPC
Boise or e-Counseling
English and Spanish

A Licensed Practicing Counselor since 2013, Allison has a Masters of Science in Counseling with a focus in marriage and family counseling from Northwest Nazarene University. Allison offers counseling in English and Spanish with individuals, couples, families and adolescents.

Using a solution focus and/or systems lens, Allison works to empower individuals to identifying ways to improve symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, negative self-talk, poor boundaries and many more.  With couples and families, a Gottman therapy and a systems approach is used to identify communication breakdowns and learn new ways to communicate more effectively.
“No one is perfect, which means we all can improve.  I work with couples, families and individuals who would like to improve an aspect of their life. Through your open and honest sharing, and my education and training, we will work together to set attainable goals. I will meet you where you are on your journey and help equip you to work through obstacles both emotional and physical.  I feel privileged to have clients share their world with me and I treat these conversations with respect, attention and importance.  I'd like to congratulate you on choosing the more difficult path and moving toward change.  I would feel privileged to walk with you on this journey.”
