"I believe each of us want to express how we are feeling inside. Challenges of life may become overwhelming. You may not even know why you are experiencing high emotions. We sometimes find ourselves unable to move forward on our own. I am genuinely concerned with your unique situation and can listen, collaborate, and sometimes guide you to make changes. The essence of counseling is to put you back in control of your emotions and allow you to heal. Each of us has the capacity to get better. Counseling is not always easy, but it is worth the time and effort. There is nothing better than to know you can and will manage life on your terms. You can learn how to really live your life, not just survive.” |
